TrustpilotBrilliant service and friendly, helpful team.
The team at Cubitt and West went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a smooth process for an extremely complicated chain. Anne-Marie and Kerrie-Ann in particular were outstanding. Whenever I called, there was someone able to answer my questions without needing to wait for a call back, which was enormously helpful.

Whilst looking for our new forever home Cubitt & West were very helpful. Maddison & Nicola have great communication skills always keeping us up to date on all new listing that met our requirements which meant we did not waste time looking at properties that weren’t for us.

TrustpilotBuying and selling.
Overall, considering the time of our move, which included both sale & purchase, Cubitt & West managed to coordinate things rather well. Initially, communication was a bit "hit & miss" but, once we got to the conveyancing stage it was much improved.

TrustpilotCubitt & West Crawley
Cubitt & West Crawley - I met Liam today to buy a property in Crawley. He was condescending and treated my husband and I like he thought he was better than us. I have had other really good experiences with Cubitt &West but this estate agent from the Crawley branch left a very bad taste in our mouth and while we liked the house itself we will not be putting forward an offer.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
