Had a great experience with Beals. Was looking for properties for quiet a long time. I have approached Beals on the 21/2/2023, we got a house viewing appointment on the 22/2/2023, we agreed to go forward with the property on 23/2/23. It was very quick. We are so happy and pleased that we have approached Beals. It was very nice customer service from the team. They have a very efficient team especially Mr.Adrian Much appreciated. I would really recommend Beals to my friends.Thank you

I used Beals estate agents to help me find a property to rent as new to this it was very daunting. After a visit into the Havant agents and a brief into what I was after in a property I found all the hardwork done for me. The agent Lucy kept me updated with properties on a daily basis which were to my requirements, shortly after this I found the ideal property for me. I would highly recommend Beals after tirelessly looking myself and getting nowhere the process was stress free. Great service, thanks.

From start to finish, I found Jade to be nothing but professional. She kept me in the know for the whole process, and throughout she was always polite and friendly. She listened to exactly what I wanted and agreed on a property after on showing me one other. Her attention to detail was first class, and the bottle of Moët and card she had waiting for me when I moved in was a fantastic final touch which went a long way. Thanks Jade!

I was due to start a job in Australia, I'd sold my furniture and given notice and then covid-19 hit. Consequently, I lost my job, was sleeping on the floor and suddenly had no income. Unfortunately, I had to go on Universal Credit which barely covered rent. I was behind by a month and have been since. Every person I spoke to at Beales treated me inhumane and treated me like it was my fault when quite clearly covid was affecting a lot of people. I spoke to around 4 different people and although some worse than others, I received little understanding.Then I had issues with the bathroom where I couldn't use it for around 6 weeks. During this time, I was speaking with a lady named Maxine Faulkner. She restored my faith in your business. Not only helping with the situation, which proved to be tricky conversing with several external plumbers etc. She took time to communicate with me on a human level with common decency. She bought up my circumstances and said she completely understood and I needn't worry. She offered her support in whatever way I needed.It is such a shame, that in a time when the world needs a little more human care, that not everyone in Beales was able to do so. However, Maxine is the sole reason I gave a high review.

From managing my rental each month through to selling the property Beals have been so helpful. I've used their financial services with Tracy arranging buy to let mortgages and renewals, Alex arranging insurance (and doing so whilst he was on holiday for me). Oliver looking after any issues I've had through to using recommend solicitors. Beals have helped me navigate the intricacies of month to month issues and very notably navigated me through ending the tenancy and selling my property. I cannot recommend highly enough how professional throughout the team at Beals has been.

It's been a long time since I had any dealings with Estate Agents and I was dreading it. I needn't have worried. Katie at Beals has been absolutely fantastic. She couldn't have been more helpful and I felt that I could trust her completely. She's an asset to Beals (I hope they realise) and I don't hesitate in recommending her. If you use Beals - ask for Katie! The rest of the team have been excellent too - from answering the phone to negotiating (thanks Ben - great job!). All highly recommended - thank you.

Extremely happy with my experience with the Beals Team, all were friendly, efficient and courteous. Kirsty Booth visited and discussed options, and then took photos/measuremets along with showing potential buyers around the property etc and all times was professional and polite. She and the waterlooville team have been in contact throughout and made the sale less stressful. A massive thank you to Kirsty and the team for a wonderful experience so far. I tried to arrange viewing for one of the property in Havant. Firstly "gentleman" picking up the phone was extremely rude...not mentioning with struggling to take a name and phone number over the phone call conversation ( was repeating myself 4 times ), promising someone calls back ... 4 weeks in still waiting for call back ( chased multiple of times) Lack of customer focus, not approachable. This explain why they have slowest turnaround of properties..... I won't use this agency , I do not recommend it.

We found our experience with Beals excellent and stress free.Jade Goulding showed us around the flat. She was very careful to keep the social distancing at this difficult times. She was very polite helpful answering any questions we asked. She spoke to the landlord and asked a few questions we had. She helped us through every step in completing the necessary paperwork as this was the first time we have rented. She kept us informed as things progressed either by phone, email, or text.On the day of signing the contracts she went through everything to make sure we understood it all. Dan and Darren have worked wonders during the last 7 weeks. We were let down by a previous landlord 1 week before being due to move in and managed to get an offer accepted on a new house with beals the same day, the day of lockdown. We had massive issue with Honelet but Dan managed to get things sorted for us and was a pleasure to deal with. We are now 7 weeks later ready to pick up our keys and move in after they pulled a rabbit when it turned out 3 carpets were missing 5 days before move in day! Dan, Darren and the team at beals were a pleasure to deal with all the way through and always kept us updated....i really dont think we would of been able to move without them!! 5*
