I used Beals in Havant as a first time landlord to the renting market, after not knowing anything about the process I found Beals as a company a pleasure to use. Everything was explained to me and my understanding of what would happen going foward was great, the promotion of my property was outstanding and the pictures were a real selling point to any potential tenant. Lucy who dealt with the process was professional throughout and very prompt to respond to any queries I had, which was very helpful. Really impressed with the service provided by Beals in selling a retirement apartment on my behalf. I can’t speak highly enough about Chloe Page’s efforts. She kept me very well-informed all the way through the sale process. In addition, her personal initiative was crucial in overcoming various challenges presented by others at different points in the sale. Other members of the office were equally helpful, carrying out tasks that I couldn’t reasonably have expected an estate agent to undertake. Their trouble saved me the time & expense of travelling to the flat on a couple of occasions. I would strongly recommend Beals to prospective buyers & sellers in the Havant area.

I have been in the very capable hands of Ellie for a while now. She has listened to our needs, and taken them on board. Ellie has remained very professional throughout what has been a very difficult situation. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she takes matters somewhat to a personal level. Both Ben and Lucy were highly…

Both Ben and Lucy were highly professional in all dealings with the letting of my property. They paid extra care with the marketing and viewings of my house, including updating of photos online as decorative work was completed. They kept me updated on feedback from viewings and were a constant source of reassurance and ideas, ready to adapt to the market as needed to ensure a good tenant was put in place for me.I found them equally knowledgeable, professional and indeed most helpful in securing a tenant. Though Ben is the manager, I found Lucy to be of equal capacity and her friendly, helpful manner could easily be transferred to a managerial role.I am most happy with the service Beals has provided me.

Full management service

We have been using Beal's full management services for over 7 years now. They have always been very professional, polite, and go out of their way to help. We very much appreciate the fact that they actually carry out the periodic inspections and send a detailed report along with photos. Not all agents provide this although they are supposed to. I wanted to thank Dan Frogley who has been a key contact for us from the beginning, and he is always willing to give his time to provide his expert advice as we build and expand our portfolio. I also wanted to thanks Molly Mae-West for being quick to respond and always happy to arrange for quotes for remedial works. Molly is friendly and very helpful. I can honestly say I sleep better knowing that Beal's are looking after our properties. Keep up the excellent work Beal's and we look forward to handing over more properties in the future to be managed by yourselves.
