TrustpilotGreat team with honest advice - highly recommend!
We had an unsuccessful sale but not because of the valiant efforts of the Beals team. Very helpful and honest and just the sort people I wanted to market my home. Always there to chat and offer advice when needed. Highly recommended for all those who need to sell or buy in the area. Would definitely deal with the team again - I am already in contact with their rental department!

We found Alan & his team helpful & knowledgable. From the moment they came to value our property Alan answered all of our questions & addressed all of our concerns, Andy & Jade are also lovely people & did a great job when showing people around. After the sale was agreed Alan updated us regularly & even helped push through our purchase which was through another agent who were barely heard from.

My partner and I were recently helped out by Shelby Cambra in regards to letting. She went above and beyond to help us, acting in a timely and professional manner, taking our requirements into close consideration, which lead to her finding us the perfect property. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Beals and Shelby and would definitely recommend using them.

Trustpilot5 Star Service from Lucy and Phoebe @ Havant Beals
Lucy and Phoebe are a true asset to Beals. We have recently worked with them both to let a property, the service we received was 5 star! They kept us informed at all stages and worked exceptionally hard to meet all deadlines. They both have a can do attitude and remained professional at all times. We will 100% come back to Havant Beals to let future properties.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Beals hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Havant.
