TrustpilotBeales
I had another estate agent working on renting out my property for 2 months, Beales came in and were amazing, really professional, very competitive in pricing and 4 weeks after the initial visit they had found me a Tennant. Transparency and help throughout the process, they really went above and beyond even after the contract was signed, can’t recommend Brett, Phoebe and the team highly enough

I found the open and ease of communication between myself and Katie@Beals to be spot on always forward with what was required and happy to help at all times even as the buyer I found speaking with Katie to be a simple and straight to the point process

TrustpilotFriendly Staff
We went to Beals in Hedge End and were astounded by the service. Sadly our late grandmother passed away and we needed a valuation for probate. Because we wanted to keep the property in the family, but needed value for probate, a lot of the other agents in the village weren’t very interested but Liz and Jack were sympathetic, understanding and more than happy to help.

TrustpilotHighly recommend!
We are part way through renting a property with Beals. Our letting negotiator Luenna-Jane has been extremely helpful. We have had a lot of questions and she has only been too happy to help and accommodating. From the first tour around the property which was professional, well explained, all the way through to the paperwork of this process! Would highly recommend their services.

TrustpilotExcellent service
My experience with Oliver Sourmenidis and the letting team has been exceptional, their knowledge and guidance makes the whole process smooth sailing. A tenant was found extremely quickly also, the benefits that come with the silver service I’m very pleased with, the guaranteed rent makes it a no brainer.

TrustpilotCould not recommend Beals enough - brilliant estate agents!
The team at Beals have been absolutely brilliant throughout our selling and buying process - we couldn’t recommend them enough. Esmee and Louise have been so helpful when we put our place up for sale and even whilst we were looking to buy. Katie H (Sales Progresser) was honestly fantastic and always went above and beyond. Fab service from start to finish - thanks again for all your help!

TrustpilotSERVICE WITH A DIFFERENCE
A very big thank you to Luenna-Jane for her friendly and professional service. Most of the rental companies I have dealt with previously have been very impersonal and in a hurry to get the deal done. Luenna made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and has helped us through all the steps in a respectful and sincere manner. She is a real gem.

We had a lady called Zoe helping us try to find a new home, she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Always trying to find us properties and get us in for viewing as early as possible. I would 100% recommend them as an estate agent definitely went above and beyond to help

Lucy has been so helpful with helping us to purchase our first home, nothing has been to much trouble for her and has always been so quick to respond to any questions or queries we may have, she has been flexible with viewings and worked around what worked for us, rather than herself. I highly recommend using beales.

Trustpilot4 bed rental help
I called for some advice on 4 bed rentals as we need more space with a large family. Shelby was really helpful and knowledgable, helped us with locations and rough prices to expect. We are now on the look out for a bigger home and Shelby will keep us posted if something that ticks out boxes comes along.

Sarah and James at the Havant branch have been absolute stars. James came out and valued our house which we then marketed with them. Sarah then arranged all the viewings and got us a buyer. To say we are happy with the service is an understatement. Would 100% recommend the team at the Havant branch.
