We couldn’t fault Josh Rahman’s customer service. He gave us his number and was so easy to contact and liaise with. When I was busy at work he was quick to text reply back, gave me a call when he felt he need to to make the process faster and smoother. He was very well informed with the property he was showing us around and gave us all the information we needed and asked for. He also made the process very smooth and gave us the right Guidance as first time buyers.

Had a very positive experience buying my first property through Beals! Chloe and her team at Havant always went above and beyond and we couldn’t thank them enough! Chloe would always do her best to reassure us even if a stressful situation! Even though she done her job by finding our home she didn’t stop there, she would chase solicitors daily and didn’t stop until she got the result for us! We couldn’t thank her enough for all her help and support through our journey!

I advertised my house for sale through Beals in June 2021 and although my first buyer fell through, I quickly received another offer which has now just completed after only a couple of months. I dealt with Daniel Back who was very efficient and kept me up-dated at all times and also recommended the solicitors to me and a realistic price that I should be advertising at. I was also very impressed with Nancy who took the photos and Lucy who dealt with a short-term tenancy agreement for me. I will definitely use Beals again in the future.

it is my experience with agencies in London and also smaller towns that I have dealt with over the years, they can be extemely difficult, and often bullish in the way they try and get money in. Moving, selling or renting is already a task in its own, and we all know we need agents to make this happen ( most of the time ) , so a lot of agents use this to the advantage to sell sell sell.I have been on both sides of the fence of the tenant and landlord. They are the best agency I have dealt with date, and the service has gone above and beyond. Zoe has been great, even when she was off, I had great contact and service with her team. they genuinely have gone above and beyond And I wish I could copy and paste their team into some of the other agencies I’m having to deal with.

THANK YOU! We cannot thank Lucy enough for the hassle free sale of our house. Beals we’re great through and through and would most certainly use them again, all because of Lucy. Her knowledge and experience, along with her fabulous personality made selling our family home stress free. At the time, what we were buying fell through so she helped us with renting somewhere to see the sale go through. I was also very emotional about selling the home and she couldn’t do enough for us. We wouldn’t have any qualms buying or selling in the future if it can be handled from start to finish by Lucy.

Having had some pretty bad experiences with estate agents previously I was not looking forward to selling my house during an already stressful time in my life however thanks to Lucy the whole sale was handled perfectly. Darren was absolutely amazing, it was our first time doing both transactions, selling and buying. With the lack of property out there meant deciding to put ours on the market was nerve racking but Darren assured us it would put us in the best position possible and that Beals would help every step of the way, they took care of the whole process.Darren made us feel comfortable, but his charming, fun whitty personality also made the transition so much fun, now who’s ever said that.
