GoogleI used this business to manage the letting of a property because I often work overseas. However, I had to stop using them because of repeated failures, including: - collecting the full rent owed from tenants but not paying the full amount owed to me - forgetting to collect the right rent after a notified rise in the monthly amount - posting letters to my home address that demanded I reply to them within a week, or else they would levy unnecessary charges for unwanted additional services My tenants also indicated Wrights gave a lacklustre response to queries. On several occasions I needed to get personally involved in the arrangement of repairs and the replacement of white goods even though I was paying Wrights for a 'fully managed' service.

GoogleThe team here at Wrights Hatfield are very kind and very fun to chat with. At the time of making this review, I've just spent a week with them for work experience and I can very well say that I do not regret it! If you are interested in purchasing or renting out a property, then I can solemnly say that it is very recommended to do it through Wrights! Cheers guys!

The worst agents I have ever encountered in my 16 years of letting and buying history. Never fixed the problem I have reported during my tenancy and at the end of tenancy footing the bill on me even though me and my wife spend 3 days in cleaning and clearing the property. Truly deplorable. No work ethics.

Try to make us pay £100s in end of tenancy cleaning fees for a spotless apartment, gave us keys and when we asked what the keys were for, they laughed and said they didn’t know. Issues (eg dishwasher issues) were slow to be resolved

GoogleWas told I had a viewing booked on a Friday. Caught a 2 hour train to view said house. Upon calling the estate agents I was told there was infact no viewing booked in their diary and was told to come tomorrow instead. Huge inconvenience as I travelled a long journey. Will not be contacting for service again.

GoogleWe had to rent out our house as we had to move quickly. Wrights made the process simple and painless, recommending local trades to do work that was needed. Occasional problems were sorted out immediateley at reasonable cost, and they reported back on regular inspection visits.. Really recommend them.
