We have just used the services of Just Property for the second time and as usual they were thoroughly professional and efficient. In particular, keeping us updated constantly was extremely useful. Above all their service was very friendly and I would rate them as the best estate agent in Hastings.

TrustpilotTerrible service avoid
Changed completition date after all parties agreed ,solicitors, estate agents and clients, after mortgage money was ordered ,after removal companies booked ,Time booked off work.Told a date 6 weeks later or chain falls through, basically blackmailed into the date, cost alot of extra money .Dishonest company .

TrustpilotHighly recommended
Highly recommended. Good at what they do, even in the dark times of 2020 the property sold literally within a few weeks at most, and follow-up through the completion process has been very good. Have no reason to complain, and can recommend as a professional company.

Brilliant service even through the covid crisis. Ben fought for the sale to complete despite the hurdles, and the long chain. It would not have finally happened without his perseverance and determination. They kept us informed every step of the way. Would definitely use their services again.

TrustpilotA long and successful campaign
I have used three estate agents over two years to sell my 200 year-old house. Just Property has been the best of the three - with polite, coordinated and timely support. And helpful informed advice during difficult patches. The team have certainly earned their commission.

GoogleAll our dealings with Just Property were dealt with professionally and efficiently. We were kept informed of all communication. All staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Would highly recommend. We also loved the gift box that was given to us upon completion of our purchase, such a nice touch.
