Well informed, responsive, committed and really helped us to drive the process through - there were some potential hurdles along the way, which she helped us navigate. Truly terrible estate agents. For the past five days both my husband and I have contacted them repeatedly to ask for a home report for a property they're advertising for sale with no response. Recorded voicemail when you call does not return the messages left, and gives an office number to call if "urgent" but that number loops you back to the same voicemail. Nick, you suck at your job. The chat bot they have takes your request and doesn't get back to you. The number to dial via Rightmove gets you nowhere either. Honestly, if I was selling through them I'd be incredibly unhappy. Truly awful company offering no service to buyers.

GoogleHouse buying is stressful even at the best of times, and with current market conditions it seems even more tense. Paula at Strutt & Parker kept in touch with us throughout the process over the various usual bumps and kinks in the road. We really appreciated the work done in terms of communication between us and the seller, staying compassionate and on top of everything throughout, with the end result that we are now living in our dream house. House buying is stressful, but it’s a lot easier with good people in your corner, I would highly recommend.

Through the initial process of valuation to the conclusion of sale they all went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. Selling a home is a stressful business but thanks to the above it was coordinated in the most professional way and I am hugely grateful especially as my onward purchase was not the easiest negotiation added to which time was very much of the essence. All considered I cannot recommend highly enough this team as being in my view the absolute no 1. Good work guys!!!

GoogleI recently bought a house that was being marketed by the Haslemere branch of Strutt & Parker. Jason handled the viewings and the sale was progressed by Paula. As with every house purchase the road was rocky at times, and Paula was always on hand to help - whether it was keeping the conveyancing moving or trying to find a mutually acceptable solution. She kept clear lines of communication open with the estate agent handling the sale of my old house, my solicitors and the solicitors acting for the vendors of my purchase.

GoogleWe used Jen and her team at Strutt's both for the sale of our family home in 2021 and in 2023 for our onward purchase. On both occasions, they were superb and we have no hesitation recommending them. With our sale, they were realistic in pricing our home, professional in conducting viewings, helpful in the negotiations, effective in managing a long chain and then keeping everyone calm. With our subsequent purchase, they advised us in advance of the property coming to market and nudged us into an attractive offer.
