Sale and rental experience

I have used Hamptons both for a sale and rental. The sales team In Alton Hampshire were awful. They disregarded my instructions, were patronising and rude to me and liaised with the buyer without informing me. Some of their actions behind my back almost collapsed the sale. I felt pressurised to accept an offer. The whole experience was something I never want to repeat. In terms of the rental, they refused to problems with the property despite repeated requests and then charged me for the repairs from my deposit. Absolutely dishonest.

Old Listed Country House

Very friendly and approachable team. Willing to adapt to our requests, listen and respond. Very good brochures printed. Online advertising constantly up dated and feedback. We were told about viewings in good time and also given ideas regarding what we could do to improve the house. They were all very diligent and hard working. Hamptons in Headington lead by Heather were extremely good estate agents and they all Genuinely wanted to sell our house and were extremely professional.

Hampton’s Estate Agents in Haslemere are exceptional in the service they delivered for our house purchase. Their team were always friendly and helpful which made the process so much easier. Rachelle was superb with our viewing and the follow up to our offer being accepted. Cheryl’s attention to detail as the Sales Progressor ensured she highlighted issues that could have potentially delayed the completion on multiple occasions. We were buying from abroad and without her help would not have had a beautiful home to move into when we got back to the U.K. Thank you to the whole Hampton’s Team who made it all possible.

It has been a pleasure working with Stuart and his team selling my parents' property. They are professional, hard-working and experts in their field and simultaneously welcoming and will make time to answer any question (however trivial) and listen to concerns. There were various challenges during our conveyancing process. Stuart and Rachelle worked closely with us and kept themselves and us informed of all the relevant information. The team at Hamptons Haslemere were friendly, welcoming and efficient from the first time I contacted them to view the property I then ended up purchasing. The house we have rented through the Parsons Green office has been a great experience from the beginning. We haven’t rented in a number of years but are doing so while renovating our own house. Scam company they tried to scam me out of £250 for a deposit their staff member Gytis Petkauskas is very unprofessional and rude was harassing me to make a payment to their company then when payment was done tried to trick me to make a payment to a different company and not return my payment be very careful of these guys dodgy as hell he was quick to take my money but somehow doesn’t know how to use his phone when it comes to retuning my payment SCUM
