GoogleI highly recommend William H Brown Dovercourt branch. They sold my house during Covid times and got me through to the finishing post. I particularly want to thank DC whom was always there for me. Guiding and advising me all the way. A truly great bunch of estate agents.

GoogleWe always found Michelle to be most helpful and she was always on hand whenever we needed her. Although the buying process took longer than we had hoped we cannot fault the service provided by Michelle and the team.

TrustpilotPoor communication
Poor communication, no consistency in information between employees, you have to constantly chase them for follow-ups - just generally very poor service.

Googlei had a really good experience speaking with daisy from this branch, as a first time buyer i wasn’t feeling too hopeful and didn’t realise how many possibilities were available to me! she explained everything thoroughly and gave me some excellent advice, i felt comfortable throughout the call and will definitely be getting back in touch when i’m ready to move forward with the process

GoogleI Have had a few dealings with WH Brown in Essex , I liked that they have always been incredibly professional yet with a warm open door policy. I never felt pressured and my needs were always fully listened to, we met Dave ( who we later realised went to Hareuch) who helped us pick out our perfect home and I must admit we did it with many giggles along the way......he really took the stress out of the process, thank you! I’d recommend to anyone

GoogleThe team at William H Brown provided an excellent service throughout our sale and purchase. Dealing predominantly with Alex, Bradley, Michelle and manager David, the experience was facilitated both professionally and with a personal touch from start to finish. Having moved a number of times over the years we appreciate the effort made by the team to go the extra mile. A thoughtful email and call after the transactions were completed to check we were happy in our new home exemplifies the attention to detail. Highly recommended.

GoogleBoth Dan and Denny have been brilliant! Especially Dan, regularly ringing with new properties that fitted my requirements and booking viewings. Would definitely recommend.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThese guys really went above and beyond to ensure the smooth sale of my property and kept the rest of the chain in check for me despite it being a long and challenging chain. I feel I have built up a personal relationship with David, Michelle and Alex on the sales team and that I can trust them with anything property related. I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else in the area, these are the people you need!
