Excellent service throughout, Mel is brilliant. We used two other agents and had very few viewings. With Mel we had a lot of intrest and sale. Very very good.

Fantastic service from start to finish, Mel kept us informed all the way. She sold the house in a matter of days and has since sold another property within the family again in days. Would highly recommend for a professional and personal service

We recently purchased a house through Mel @ Remax and she went above and beyond! She kept us updated with emails and calls when she didn’t have to! From the first viewing with her until moving day when she met us at the property and when things weren’t going to plan on the day for the current owners, she rolled up her sleeves, seats down in her car and helped them with there move!! we couldn’t of asked for a better agent to purchase a property through! I would definitely use Mel again in the future and will recommend her to anyone looking for a local agent.

Mel Clarke drew our attention to a flat she thought we might be interested in. We loved it and put in an offer quickly. Throughout the process Mel couldn’t have been more helpful, answering any questions we had speedily. As we didn’t know the area of Dovercourt, she also helped us with contact details of local trades people that we might need. In short we recommend her without hesitation if you are buying or selling a property.
