Hayley in particular was excellent in pursuing information on progress from solicitors and keeping us in touch with what was going on - to the extent that I was getting information from Hayley before hearing from elsewhere. Had a few problem with my property. The back gate would not lock properly and the kitchen door was hard to lock. The maintenence man did a very good job and fixed the problem with a respectful manner. Would definitely recommend him and would certainly have him fix problems again.
