We were shown around potential properties by Julie and we have to say she was absolutely amazing! Julie had great ideas on home improvements based on personal experience and had very useful information on the local area which was invaluable. She was very friendly, accommodating and had great impartial advice which helped us to make up our mind on which property was right for us. We’ve subsequently made an offer on a house which was accepted and we’re now super excited to move!Every Estate Agent should have a someone like Julie as she made the house viewing experience truly enjoyable so credit where it is due.

Words cannot begin to say how badly I was treated by I- don't- Move. I only gave them one star because there isn't an option of either zero or even negatives.I sold my house in Oxford off the back of my offer on a property in Hartlepool being accepted. Then the lies began. Vacant possession they said...no owners very much insitu. Oh its okay they said they'll move out and into rented or with family while they looked for their ongoing property. Ok so agreed a completion date on my home on the understanding we would be in our new home in 2 weeks. Well that never happened. The vendors were in a short chain now...lie no. 3!! 6 months of renting later, with my whole house in storage still no movement or any contact whatsoever with igomove i was forced to buy another property at auction as the rental agreement was ending and was finding it hard to find another as I have pets . It was looking at one point like id be homeless for the winter. FAB solicitors are just as bad. They gave my solicitor the run around every time she tried to contact them. So this morning....10 months later....no contact since August...they phoned to see if I still wanted to buy. I really can't believe the audacity. If I ever move again I would never ever use them to buy or sell. Absolute shower of the proverbial

Massively let down by the 'recommended' solicitor! Don't not use Freers Askew Bunting! Igo move were great however we were told we had to use this solicitor and they are an absolute shambles...No communicationLost documentation containing personal informationMultiple final bills Still asking for more money a month down the line Refusing to pay stamp duty after been given a receipt Waiting weeks and nothing being done when staff are on holiday or off sickThe list goes on!

Don’t delay using igo move. Fabulous communication, the office staff going above and beyond with any query big or small. Amazing service from Laura and Krissy. Added bonus that our house had an offer within 24 hours. Great experience from start to finish.
