From day one, the service we received from IGO Teesside has been absolutely first class. Danny, Weronika and Krissy have been fantastic throughout the entire process. Helen did a fantastic job of keeping it all on track, going above and beyond when the solicitors were dragging their feet and delaying the process … it was like herding cats but Helen was on it and here I am in my new house … I would highly recommend her but I’m never doing it again 🤣🤣… til next time 🤩

Helen was superb! So friendly and helpful. Great advice on the price; we tried a higher value in case we got lucky, but then dropped to something more realistic. Had plenty of interest/viewings - all handled by Helen - but realized we needed to do a makeover. Helen then contacted the previous viewers - and we had a buyer! IGO fees were also great - fixed fee at half what the traditional agents charge. Great!

I cannot recommend Igo move Teesside Danny, Weronika and the team enough! From our very first meeting, they brought a level of professionalism, market expertise, and personal care that made the entire home-selling process smooth and successful. Danny came with good knowledge of the area and market and therefore giving us sound advise for marketing our home, which led to a quick sale . The communication was top-notch from Weronika and the team always keeping us updated and never leaving us in the dark. It truly felt like they had our best interests at heart every step of the way. IGO are probably the best Estate Agents we have ever dealt with during our 25 years of buying and selling properties, IGO are quite simply at the top of their game. Although, the entire IGO team are excellent and all deserve a big thank you, i must give a special mention to Rachel (Hartlepool) and Philippa, who are at the very core of this companies success. Their can do attitude, due diligence, patients, natural ability to get the job done, professionalism, communication to all involved, and their unwavering willingness to succeed made us feel very secure in their hands. It goes without saying that i fully recommend IGO, and we believe you shouldn't really consider any other Estate Agent within their area of operation, you wont be disappointed. Also, after dealing personally with the IGO team, i'm positive your business team will go from strength to strength. Well done.

Great choice of estate agent. There is so many to choose from but what separated igomove from other vendors is there drive, efficiency, adaptability and passion to provide the best service possible. There listing procedure across photos, description and reccomended sale price support you to get the best return possible for your sale. They are a phone call away at all times with no wait time, will communicate with solicitors and other parts of the chain endlessly, share great guidance and advice at every time, and are just wonderful people to speak to and work with, thank you.

Brilliant team to deal with, when the house didn’t attract much attention Michael came out and did a free drone overview of the property and the viewings came in. Krissy deserves special praise, she was incredibly helpful and always polite and a pleasure to speak with. But she was tenacious with the solicitor to ensure things progressed in a timely manner. Thanks to the full team but Krissy was extra helpful and went above and beyond for me.

We put an offer in on a home that IGO were advertising. It was the 3rd property that we had gone for, but the previous 2 came with issues where we couldn't proceed. Third time lucky for us and I'm so glad IGO were the estate agents because things didn't go smoothly. Even though I wasn't the one paying IGO's fee, I honestly felt like they were working for me too. Danny was our agent and to have an agent that you can get hold of outside of normal working hours is a blessing when things are going a little pear shaped or getting complicated, and I immediately seen the difference from the 2 previous offers we had put in with other agents. We hit huge problems right towards the later part of the sale and Danny was utterly amazing. He's not only a very nice person and super lovely to deal with, he actually genuinely cares about people and wants the sales over the line and he pushes and chases everyone. He loves to make customers happy and it's very much appreciated at one of the most stressful periods in life. He's genuinly amazing. If I could, I would stand on the roof tops and shout about him. If you're thinking of putting your house up for sale, then IGO need to be considered. If it wasn't for Danny we would have pulled out of the sale when it got really stressful, and at one point Danny was the only thing keeping us moving forward with this sale. The main reason we didn't back out is because Danny wouldn't have been paid and he deserved his fee for the extra running around he did. He goes above and beyond, and then some. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do I will be using Danny at IGO, without a shadow of a doubt. Thank you IGO and thank you Danny.

Personally from a buyers prospective, I found this company to be quiet the bully. Initially not listening to what I requested, a viewing and a copy of the video tour, was left until the last minute to get a booking for a viewing as they didn't realise I wanted to see the house. Within 1 hour of seeing the house (parent viewed) I received constant pressure calls asking me to make an offer. where I explained time and time again, I was unable to discuss with wife as we were both at work. I found the whole process as a 1st time buyer very pushy and almost desperate. The house is still up for sale despite being told an offer was put in. I personally wouldn't use this company and am staying away from any of their listings. This is my experience and I hope it was 1 of a few.
Hi Mark, we are deeply saddened to read this review and sincerely sorry you feel the way you do. However, we feel the need to put some context to your review . Igomove did not 'bully' you into making an offer and to refer to our company as a bully is simply unfair. We are an estate agent and we take instructions from the client on every occasion. Your initial enquiry requested a virtual tour or if one wasn't available you had parents to view on your behalf. We kindly asked the vendor to do a video tour which she was happy to do. Other viewings were already booked in at this point. After speaking with the member of staff you initially spoke too, she advises that the vendor was aware that your parents could view and she booked a viewing on the system. However, the vendor was already on with the video and was sending this over first. On the day the video came through that member of staff was on leave, so another member called you to relay that we had the video to send, but just to let you know that an offer had been made (which the vendor was looking to accept). We asked the vendor if she would honour the physical viewing for you which she did the following day. She clearly stated too us that she didn't want to lose an offer and had some concerns. We usually call for feedback the day after a viewing, but because the vendor was concerned about the offer, she asked if we could follow it up with you both being on the video call. This was approximately an hour and a half after the viewing. We didn't make numerous pressure calls to yourself, we called you twice. The first was to see how it went and to relay the vendors position with things, if you had liked it we didn't want you to miss out (she could have just accepted the offer and asked us not to call). The second was to say that we had told the vendor you still needed to discuss things because of work, distance etc and to relay that whilst she understood your situation she really wanted to make a decision and if you could get back to us the following morning if you were interested. Unfortunately, for buyers this can be the fast pace nature of buying a home, whilst somebody maybe still thinking about a property, somebody else has already got everything in place, made an offer and decided they want it. We completely sympathise that you may have felt some pressure but we have to take instructions and at no point did we say you had to make an offer. We at igomove have always maintained excellent relationships with both buyers and sellers, we wish you every success with buying a home.

Literally saved my sale. Had such a poor experience with my solicitor, which Weronika chased with me in a daily basis in an attempt to get things over the line. After 2 months of set backs then helped me switch solicitors to get it over the line before stamp duty cut off! So unbelievably greatful for everything Danny and Weronika did from listing to competition! Massive relief to get it over the line. Can’t thank you both, and the whole team, enough! Cost to service you get is unbelievable! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!! THANK YOU!

As an estate agent we found the team to be helpful when selling our property and advising our next move. It was a tough time for selling houses with government actions/inactions so it did take quite a while to sell. Igo move were there for us at every stage although solicitors did let us down. I contacted our solicitors if I felt too much time went by, so must presume that the buyers solicitors were not as proactive.
