Been dealing with Jennifer Powell at hamptons got a few months plus now and I can say she is good at what she does.Always there and when problems arise she deals with it promptly and gets the answer back ASAP.Dealing with jen everything just flows with no hassle I highly rate her and have got lots of time for her which makes me go above and beyond in everything I do for her which makes hamptons the best.Keep up the good work young lady

Unprofessional. Had a viewing booked, no one turned up, been waiting in the rain for 20 min, no mobile phone provided and landline phone no one is picking up. Next day I’m getting a phone call with “I don’t care” attitude to book another viewing. Avoid.

Patryk (my property manager) is very polite, friendly and approachable. He has been extremely helpful, very prompt in replying to emails and has never left me waiting. Hamptons Stratford upon Avon performed brilliantly, they did everything they said they would do very quickly to get our property to the market. Our contact was extremely enthusiastic, he had done his market reach before the initial viewing and valuation knowing exactly how to price the property to get the right price and a speedy sale.

I have worked with Hamptons since 2014 and can honestly say that I've enjoyed every day. Before I began working with them I had worked with other letting agencies but none of them come close to the standard I have witnessed at first hand for over eight years.Hamptons are head and shoulders above the many other lettings agencies in the area - county actually. As is the property manager Jennifer Powell. She is excellent at dealing with landlords and tenants alike as well as trade professional like myself. I have never heard an ill word spoken about anyone at Hamptons or indeed Hamptons themselves and am extremely proud to represent them as an independent contractor.

Have been with Hamptons for 4 years now and its been made incredibly easy because of David Whiting. All issues that come up are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I never have to worry about any works not getting done as I know he is chasing contractors and on hand to contact if I have any questions!

Hard to reach by phone, emails routinely ignored, and maintenance issues go unresolved for months. When problems are finally acknowledged, the response is slow and dismissive. Feels like tenants are treated as an afterthought.

We have just sold our house through Hamptons in Godalming and would highly recommend the whole team. Lead by Jake who did our appraisal, negotiations and guided everything forward in the background. Pippa who showed numerous people round with continued enthusiasm and flexibility on time. Ross who looked after the subsequent sale (which became quite protracted due to our buyers first buyer pulling out on day of exchange!). He worked hard with all parties to ensure we got over the line the second time. I also felt it important to have an agent with a high street presence in my local town which is no longer the case for many agents.

As a landlord of two let properties managed by Hamptons Maidenhead,we've been impressed. The team is unfailing courteous in dealings with ourselves, tenants and with tradesmen for maintenance & repairs. Their email and telephone communications invariably are timely and clear.Our primary dealings have been with Camilla Askew, Judy Palethorpe and Sarah Kinsella, but all of the team deserve plaudits.

Extremely disappointed by the service. After a recommendation from a friend, we had regular contact with Malte Lau. Unfortunately his own interests came before that of his customers. It’s a real shame as Hamptons had such a positive reputation and now I will be telling friends and anyone who will listen to avoid them due to the actions of one employee.

We have looked into his experience as a whole and whilst we do understand how unfortunate it is when a seller moves to a higher offer, it is ultimately their decision. We appreciate how disappointing this must have been for you but we cannot see an instance where Malte Lau has not offered a high level of customer care and followed procedures. I just have to say, Ever since we’ve had Max Barnes as our property manager, he has done an incredible job on being quick and taking action when it comes to having minor issues with our rented property. It reassures you that the issue will be resolved pronto in the future. He also gives us a routine phone call to make sure everything is up to date/if we aren’t happy with anything at present. All round lovely guy, who is approachable and easy to communicate with. Give this guy some recognition. Dedicated to the job and always going that extra mile!
