TrustpilotDeposit and rent overpayment withheld
Since satisfactorily concluding a tenancy in July, Wilson Hawkins continue to withhold over four thousand pounds owing to me including a deposit supposedly held under a secure scheme. No explanation has been offered and they do not respond to email. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

GoogleOur flat went on the market about a week before lockdown in March,and within a month or so buyers were found and completion occurred in November..This was due to the work of Stuart and Jason who prepared an excellent brochure,and then carried out the work with quiet efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble and their attention to detail was impressive. The agency had helped us to buy the flat25 years ago,and we have no hesitation in recommending the company to buy or sell any property.

GoogleI wish I child give negative 1 million. Absolutely terrible service, liars and rip off merchants. I hope you guys understand dhow many lives in my block you have negatively affected. I would never choose to use you but our corrupt landlord chose you to manage the block. I wonder why?
Wilson Hawkins Sales and Lettings do not manage blocks. You really need to make sure you are communicating with the correct company before making wild accusations. Lettings do not mange any property in Hounslow I will ask for google to take this slanderous review down.

In all of our interactions with Jason and Stuart, the manner and conduct of their communication and administration was exemplary. Our recent sale became rather more complicated than necessary in terms of the legal process, but they managed communication between all the stakeholders in a proactive, calm and clear manner: in fact, without their judicious interventions, the process would have taken even longer than it did. They genuinely care about all they do and leave the client feeling in good, extremely capable hands and cared for. We really cannot speak too highly of the way we were supported in what is widely regarded as a stressful process and we can recommend them without reservation.”

GoogleI won't recommend using Wilson Hawkins for anything, the fees are very high, they are late with almost every inquiry and to say the least very incompetent in the majority of the services they are covering.
