I had an excellent experience selling my property through Northwood Estate Agents, and in particular, I cannot thank Kam enough for all his hard work and support throughout the process. From the moment I instructed Northwood, the service was fantastic. I had multiple viewings arranged very quickly after the property was put on the market, which was really impressive. Throughout the whole process, the team were friendly, approachable and professional, making me feel supported every step of the way. Communication was excellent, with regular updates in between each stage, so I always knew what was happening and never felt out of the loop. Kam was always approachable, quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had. The efficiency of the whole process was exceptional, I went from offer to exchange and completion in just 28 days, which was far quicker than I expected. Selling a property can be stressful, but Kam and the Northwood team made the whole experience feel straightforward and well managed. We rented house number 27 Windsor Road in Harrow at the end of July 2025 until April 2026, approximately nine months. My son and I took possession of the house, and it wasn't very clean. The living room carpet was dirty, and the floor was broken and shifted when we walked on it. The kitchen floor also shifted a lot when we walked on it. We contacted the rental agency, and they said it would take a few days to fix. They put a temporary wooden plank over the floor, and there were many other problems with the house (we have proof and photos of this). This forced us to leave the house and move to another one (we cleaned the house before leaving). Unfortunately, they fined us about £430, which is why I'm writing this letter. It's worth noting that when we told the agency we were leaving, several families came to see the house every Saturday, but most of them refused to rent it. Amily
