Aweful estate agent. Extremely poor admin and documentation especially inventory checks Vs other agents locally. Poor communication on email and over the phone. As a land lord i would highly recommend not using Maple Estate agent. I had a tenant eviction situation and I was told to my face that they didn't care about my property and only cared about the tenant. They also do not handle deposit schemes at all

This is the only estate and letting agent in the city that cares for customers more than generating revenues. I think they know what exactly to be done to earn goodwill. I have visited their office twice. On both occasions, they didn’t make me feel aloof and keep providing me updates about current real estate market so that I can take a decision on my own. This is really awesome.

A letting agent that takes down all your details, puts down an appointment, makes you wait 20 minutes in front of the property only to tell you nobody will come as they realise your details did not get into the system and they cannot be bothered to show you the property around. How professional and respectful! I wonder how they treat their tenants. Never again!

Dreadful! Took our deposit and then carried on trying to get other tenants anyway, caused us no end of hassle as we had already given notice on our existing property, suddenly finding out you have no home in 2 weeks without an alternative with a small child is not a fun thing to do. Didn't explain why, then lied about it. Avoid like the plague.
