GoogleAweful estate agent. Extremely poor admin and documentation especially inventory checks Vs other agents locally. Poor communication on email and over the phone. As a land lord i would highly recommend not using Maple Estate agent. I had a tenant eviction situation and I was told to my face that they didn't care about my property and only cared about the tenant. They also do not handle deposit schemes at all

GoogleI am a property investor and this is the worst estate agent i have come across had to ring 3 times to get an appointment to view a property for sale. Once i viewed it i put in an offer had to ring twice to follow up......still waiting for a response!!! Strongly advise to avoid this company as they have no concept of customer service, they don't return phone calls and its pointless leaving messages!!

Took our deposit and then carried on trying to get other tenants anyway, caused us no end of hassle as we had already given notice on our existing property, suddenly finding out you have no home in 2 weeks without an alternative with a small child is not a fun thing to do. Didn't explain why, then lied about it. Avoid like the plague.
