The man i had was such a liar he made me come to the property to see who i was then said i must come to see him on saturday then he said oh the landlords friend has suggested a friend and they have paid a deposit i asked why did you not call and tell me i was told the property has gone but it is still listed for rent i had a friend call to ask for a viewing which was set up how racist can people be in this day and age how are they allowed to get away with this type of behaviour so sad karma is so sad

figure it out for yourself

Had a viewing last week and i left work to go to the property, the agent tried to look convincing but i was out of the property in no time. I was told by the agent to come in saturday with the documents, when i went there the agent stated a friend of the landlord is being offered the property. i asked why did they not inform me as i knew when he said that i was not getting the property. why discriminate against people, i will never recommend to anyone as they see who turns up and then pick the person. one week later the property is still on the market i don't get it figure it out for yourself, and the man did not call to inform me of the so called letting and this person came after me, bad business

I wouldnt even give it a 1 star like most have said they do not simply care about there customers they dont care about helping you slove issues all they want is the rent on rent day. Staff most are rude and couldnt care less if i was anyone else i would seriously take into account all the bad reviews they have been given i did but took a chance and wished i didnt. They yes do have staff that can not speak english but what makes it worse is that they use these staff to become building inspectors that dont have a clue on what they talk about cheap labour hence staff service better off using a decent agent who may charge u fees etc but will be there for u in terms of customer services maple NEVER AGAIN

I am amazed they still trade, they are not human, they only take money and do nothing in return. none of them know what they are doing but will happily bully you for what they want while not doing what they are supposed to do by law. Eight months after reporting repairs, they did some but only because the council told them to do it and with a twenty pound budget! Do not trust them if you have children, they will have strangers pushing their way in your rented home if you are not available, they will also disregard your rights.

I have used this agency for at least 10 years and can honestly say that they have been very helpful. They tell me promptly when something is wrong at my flat, either by phone or email, they always help me to find someone reasonable to do repairs and they carry out the repairs promptly after providing estimates. The main thing I like them for is the fact that they have a very knowledgeable manager who is nearly always accessible to talk to when I need help. I would be lost without Maples. I was introduced to them by my daughter who would also probably have been bankrupt since she had almost no experience of property when she met them. S. Walker

Very Helpfull

I was looking for a one bed flat in the Harrow area close to local amenities and shops. Maple estates found me a selection in the Harrow area and one of the staff took me to the properties to view them.Once I selected the one I liked the agent worked very hard to get me into the property by my deadline.Once I moved in there were a bits small bits of repair work that needed to be addressed, they sent a builder the next day who rectified all the faults to my total satisfaction.I was very impressed by the overall service and helpfulness of the agent and certainly would like to renew my contract for next year. The agent I dealt with was Ash, but even when I have phoned the office I have found the others just as helpful and informed/Would certainly recommend to anyone. Hiren

WORST EVER! AVOID!!

EXTREMELY poor customer service. Avoid like the plague!Staff are rude, incompetent, cannot speak or write proper english!They refused to give me back a penny of my deposit, for no valid reason! I therefore had to resort to filing a complaint with TDS, who reviewed my case and gave me back my entire deposit! The matter just did not require escalating to that sort of level, but it was clear that I could not resolve anything with Maple in a formal manner. They do not follow estate agent regulations or the TPO code of conduct. Absolutely useless!!I had to select at least 1 star, but they are worthy of nothing

AVOID RUDE INCOMPETENT STAFF!!

Appalling staff with no customer care. They do not follow TPO code of practice, all they seem to care about it getting a sale in. I felt a lot of pressure from the estate agents to sign the tenant agreement immediately and they did not even carry a credit check out. At times of help they were utterly useless, they only looked out for their own back. In addition I received no information about my deposit, and any other queries I had they ignored. Only when I showed up at their shop did they bother doing something. To summarise they are rude, incompetent at their job and lazy. I regret ever going to the, worse experience ever! AVOID!!

Maple have been brilliant

I have rented my flat in the Harrow are out via Maple Estate Agents for close to 9 years now while I have been working and living abroad. I have to say that that in all this time the service I have recieved from Maple has been excellent, the cost of their service very competitive, and I have never had to worry at all about my flat. They look after it all - and very comprehensively.
