I came to haart harrow when i was looking for a 2 bed to rent . I met this wonderful lady called Nishi Shah very paitent. I lost the first one but she encouraged me and promised to get me another one. As soon as she finds anything she will call me carries me in her car to view them . I finally found one and am happy with it. Haart harrow is like my second home because of this lady Nishi Shah. Thank you Haart harrow letting Department. I am updating my previous review based on my experience now .just as I was viewing my flat I had asked for latch to the common door of the flat which could open both ways ,my way and owners way - for my peace of my mind which was agreed till last day of my move in has still not been done . It has been over 15 days and my repeated mails have been being ignored .I feel very uncomfortable and feel that what is was promised by Qais (over 20 times) because of which I chose this apartment has not been done . I was made to believe that it would be done and is 5 min job and now it is being refused once I have moved in.

We like Nishi and know her from her previous work with another estate agent. She is generally active and accurate in replying back to us with regards to any queries however, on this occasion, i am disappointed in Nishi as she has not come back to me when inquired about the tenant moving out fixed furniture. Besides, the tenant was allowed to carry on such an act and help was provided by finding a builder to move fixed furniture out. We are unhappy that our instructions have been overruled and would like Nishi and Sam to look into it ASAP.

They'll try to look at their best when they want to catch you as a customer, once they have you, they totally ignore you. I am a land lord and they supposedly "manage" my property. I'll have to chase them up 100 times by phone and email just to see why they gavent paid my rent into my account and I'll only get ignored by them. They just dont care about their customers. Please dont get fooled by all the nice comments in here herthats how i got fooled! theifriends and coleagues
