WORST service for Rentals. Do not use .They claim to be professionals but there’s no empathy towards tenants and nothing done swiftly. Communication is horrendous. Being such a big company surely they should have this nailed to the T. Letting handler keeps changing for whatever reason but never gets communicated to us. This is the Gibbs management team based in Uxbridge

As a tenant my only interaction with Gibbs Gillespie is the signing of annual contracts; the landlord deals with all day to day duties, including rent collection. This means that G-G need only offer the most basic of services on an average basis; they don't.They use a contractor who operates their document signing service on a policy dictated by G-G. This means a very quick reminder if you haven't dealt with the documents even if they are straightforward and well inside date parameters.I recently received two documents on separate emails on a Friday afternoon, I left these until Monday morning only to find four email reminders awaiting my attention. This is confusing and irritating and I was told it was "Gibbs Gillespie process" with no hint of an apology.
