GoogleAnother estate agent.Won't be buying via them again, bought a property and their agent kept phoning my solictor. My solicitor then charged me his time. The person from their office who kept phoning my solictor would not stop phoning him even when l told him to stop. Also the rental charges for managing a property are very high. I found someone else who is far more reasonable and actually does minor works without charging me.
Thank you for your feedback which is surprising. A good Estate Agent will keep calling solicitors in order to facilitate the sale. This is what assisted in your successful purchase. Surely the negative feedback should be directed at the party charging you for their time rather than the estate agent whom is not. In regards to the management charges, we don’t claim to be the cheapest agent around, nor are we the most expensive. You get what you pay for in this industry and perhaps you’ll realise that in time. Very poor company to deal with. They don't respect the contracts they agree to with you and if they make an error expect you to foot the bill for it. Once it was clear they would have to pay for their own error, they unprofessionally went on to attempt to smear us online. Would not recommend them as someone to do business with. What a terrible reply. Nowhere did I state that I had purchased anything from your company. My review is a legitimate experience of dealing with your business. Your business wanted to breach our contract, expected us to pay the price of your error and then attempted to smear our business online with false statements about being scammers because we were not able to assist you in breaching the contract. So would I stand by comments of you being a very poor company to deal with? Absolutely. I think we can see from the tone of your responses how you deal with people when you are unable to get your own way, so would be indicative of anyone else wishing to do business with you.
It’s ridiculous you have posted this to my business profile. Your false advertisement led to me purchasing this sub-standard product and is nothing to do with my business. Your many 1-star reviews are warranted. To leave a bad review for a purchase is not on. You have not bought anything from us, we purchased from you. To charge a restocking fee for a return the same day it arrived over and above the original item cost is a scam…end of

GoogleDear sellers, these people look for probates or distress sellers and sell to there own people which they receive a lot of money for arranging the cheap sale don’t sell through them, in response by “there people” I mean people you have built up relationships with and over the years have sold them very below market price properties with no concern about anything that lining your pockets
These are completely false and libellous comments. We would suggest that you remove this review immediately, otherwise we will consult our lawyers. It is unsubstantiated and inaccurate. We are also shocked by your 'their people comment' and am intrigued to know what was meant by this. Imty; as explained, many times, we do not get paid by the purchaser, our fee is paid by the seller upon them choosing to accept an offer. The reason our sellers don’t consider your offers is because your offers are too low.

GoogleWe had a very bad experience where agent has half information and that delayed our process when we only had 6 more days to move in where agent promised to finalize the deal but later on making excuses with documentations which he even is not aware of and delaying the process, and at the end because of unknown reason or fault from referencing we were asked to contact them or literally said now nothing can be done. At the end we had to pull out our offer and now struggling to find a place on urgent basis. Not at all cooperative with false commitments. You don't promise if something is not possible and dont delay process by asking for unwanted documentation and half knowledge. We wasted so much time and now left with no property.NegativeProfessionalism

Unfortunately, you failed the referencing process as your employer confirmed you are on a temporary contract and have been there for under 3 months, despite you informing us on your application forms and verbally that you were in full time employment on a permanent basis. We offered you the option to obtain a guarantor to secure the property however, you were unable to do so. You were also unable to provide the relevant documents to pass Right To Rent checks which is a legal requirement. We assume from this message that you no longer wish to proceed with the rental and will withdraw your application.
