A genuinely 5 star experience with Christopher Edwards. They were excellent from start to end. From marketing the property to getting applicants through the door for viewings. Their customer service was second to none and the communication from their side was always on point, so I felt well informed at every stage. The professional photographer arrived and helped me to re-arrange items in the property, which was very much appreciated. I first instructed Christopher Edwards to rent out my flat. Initially I went with another estate agent who were very slow in getting things moving so I left and went to Christopher Edwards who had the perfect strategy and rented my flat out within 2 days of me instructing them. As a result of the great service I also used them to sell the flat. Christopher Edwards Estate Agents Review So we decided to move house and faced the age old dilemma of whether to sell and then look - who does that? Or find a house and go to market keenly priced In the hope we sell before we miss out…… Cue Christopher Edwards Estate Agents, I apologise in advance if this review appears as though they cut and pasted it, however we did so much better than I expected I’m unable to tell it any differently. Firstly the selling price suggested was 8% higher than the average given by others, and we achieved it in under 1 week with a buyer in hand if our first failed to meet the conditions required. This ensured we could do everything we wanted with our new home instead of penny pinching and making do….. Second - comms through the process were incredibly thorough including updating us and liaising with us and chasing conveyancers / agents above and below us which at times was loathsome. This meant I didn’t have to spend hours of my life wondering what on earth was happening with the sale and having to get involved in the process…. Thirdly fees 1%! That’s the clincher all of the above and value for money. Chris and his team never put a foot wrong it was a 6 star performance from beginning to end. Clearly some agents are far better than most and I have found this to be the case with Christopher Edwards - don’t snooze on employing them to do the same for you….. Mark McKenna

The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. This is the second time we've used Christopher Edwards as our estate agents. Chris sold our first property in South Harrow and we received a brilliant service first time round. The second time we took a risk as we we were looking to put my mums property on the market which was in Wembley instead of using a local, Wembley based agent. We didn’t regret our choice as the whole process was very unpredictable with solicitors not responding and then the top of the chain pulling out at the very last minute. Throughout a very stressful process, Chris remained calm and professional, which really helped with emotions running very high. If you are looking to use an agent in the local areas of Pinner, Harrow or surrounding areas, I would highly recommend Chris and his team. Chris is reliable, trustworthy, and has a high level of integrity, which from past experience many agents lack, which is why he stands out from the rest. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would!!!
