I have no hesitation in recommending Christopher Edwards as an estate agent if you are selling a property. Sadly selling a property is not the easiest thing to do as you are relying on so many different parties to do their bit, and often you are left in the dark not knowing what is going on or where you are with everything which can be very stressful. I have now used CE twice and have found them to be hugely supportive, totally "on it", keeping you informed every step of the way, you really do feel they are looking after your interests and will go that extra mile to move the sale along as swiftly as possible. And such lovely people to deal with especially Chris who has looked after me so well on both occasions - thank you! When I am ready to move (which won't be for some years hopefully!) I will come to you as know you are my sort of people and will do a great job.

Christopher Edward’s has been the WORST agency I have ever worked with. My husband and I liked a rental property and agreed to sign the contract. We paid our holding deposit and they called to let us know our checking failed so we wouldn’t get the property and they would keep our deposit. On my husband and I’s insistence they double checked and said oh you are approved it was a mistake on our end. After this my husband and I decided to go through with it but it was a huge mistake. On the day we were supposed to recieve our keys, we called them and they said oh we might not be able to give keys today as we haven’t completed the inventory check. After I called multiple times they finally got it done and gave us the keys at the end of the workday. When my husband and I entered the property we were shocked. It was left in a disgusting situation. The kitchen was covered in grease, and the oven was sticky with gunk all over the inside. There were multiple pieces of furniture left inside that we asked to have removed before signing the contract. We had asked for a fresh coat of paint, and they did but it was so bad parts of it were chipping and the paint had been done over the heaters, WiFi cord and doors. The bed in the second room was broken, which wasn’t like that when we saw it in the viewing. The stove was also broken, with the igniter not working. We requested to have it fixed and they said to just use a lighter. We requested a cleaner and they kept stalling, and did not provide one. The previous tenants left a lot of stuff as well, and the agency provided no solution. We ended up moving within a month because the flat was given to us in such a gross situation.
