GoogleDealt with Emma for the purchase of a lovely apartment in Harrogate. Good communication, dealt with email and phone - difficult sale but got there in the end. No problems and would recommend dealing with Emma - she was very helpful and friendly. If I had to give any feedback - as I am not sure what your process is but when picking up new keys to a sale - I was very surprised to just be handed a white envelope with so many keys in - we weren’t sat down or introduced to anyone as Emma was out - no welcome pack or explanation - just stood in the reception and given an envelope - was just abit disappointing as I then felt silly calling you and asking what key was for what - but other then that good service.

Great photography of the apartments and the whole team knew the property inside out which really helped us find a buyer in a very short period of time.
