GoogleMyrings has been a great help with both the letting and sale side. Any viewings have been well organised and well reported back to us. Most important, great communication. GoogleMyrings was particularly helpful to us as we started our home search - Colin was really great about introducing us Americans to the process in the UK. And Clare was responsive and helpful throughout. We had some frustrations regarding the communication because some things we thought had been agreed to were in serious doubt for a while but we mostly think that Myrings dealt with the situation as well as could be expected given that it was the vendor changing his mind. In the end, excellent performance by Myrings and a happy completion!

GoogleMyrings has been, by far and away, the best letting agent we have experienced as renters. From the moment we contacted them regarding a tentative move to Harrogate, to the moment we signed our lease, they have been helpful and understanding. Moving from the Isle of Man, the opportunity to view properties in person was restricted. This hindered our chances with properties via other letting agents, however Myrings ensured we were able to view as many in person as possible, then offered video viewings thereafter. This helped us to find our new property and secured our move to Harrogate! After making an offer, the process was simple and stress-free. We were even able to sign our lease virtually which made our lives so much easier. We are so grateful to Myrings for making a stressful period as uncomplicated as possible, allowing us to enjoy, rather than dread, the moving process!
