Belvoir Harrogate are a family run business established by Bill Smith in 1994 and then joined by his son Barrie in 2003. Regarded as one of the towns leading letting agents specialising solely in residential lettings we have over forty years experience within our team, so whether you're looking to let out a property or rent one in Harrogate, Knaresborough and the surrounding villages we're here to help. Direct reviewsWe started using Belvoir to manage our let property over fifteen years ago. Throughout this time, we have always found them to be an extremely responsive, practical and professional operation who will go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly for the tenant and owner. In particular, Barry and Gemma have always been excellent to work with and we therefore recommend them to anyone looking for a company to manage their property (flat or house - they have managed both for us). To give just one example, in the first week our flat was let, the bath from the flat upstairs fell into our bathroom, Belvoir took care of everything, so much so that we only found out once everything had been sorted and repaired - such fantastic service!
