GoogleWe recently bought a house through Nasia at Anthony Pepe and were impressed with the service we received. We were always able to get hold of Nasia when we needed her and she was very communicative, explaining things clearly and facilitating our discussions with the seller.

Incredibly incompetent agents.Unable to provide correct information about referencing,landlord,property access.Slow to respond and ignore the phone.
In reply to the above review I have spoken to the all staff involved and have investigated fully. I understand the applicants were frustrated that we were not able to secure the rental property for then, but the landlord ultimately rejected their application because of discrepancies in the information provided by the applicants and the references presented to both us and the landlord. This was explained fully to the applicants and they were given the opportunity to provide further paperwork for the landlord, which they were not able to provide. Ultimately the landlord made the decision to reject their application and we must abide by this decision. I would also like to point out that the applicants paid absolutely no money to Anthony Pepe throughout this whole process.
