Space found a tenant for me very quickly during lockdown last year. Previously I had managed the property myself and always struggled to find a good tenant quickly. After some initial questions from my tenant, which were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Space, I haven't heard from him since. Hopefully he stays for many years, but if not I'm sure Space will have another tenant lined up to move in before long.

Worse experience ever. No value or understanding of a word Customer Services. Bad attitude, using lame excuses. Complete time wastage. Completely unprofessional and hanging up the phone - Disrespectful. Never again!!!!

We are sorry that other viewers were already booked to see the property and that you could not see it earlier. Our records show the phone was not hung up but we received from you a threat of giving us a poor review. We have to treat all potential tenants fairly even when threatened in this way. We hope that you find other suitable accommodation.

It is noted that you have also sent abusive emails to one of the directors of your own block who has decided to resign rather than to continue receiving such unpleasant emails. As you are well aware the Senior Property Manager who looks after your block is qualified and has over 10 years of experience in block management. I am sorry that you remain unhappy with the landlord choosing another applicant for his property - I have investigated and his decision was taken on the following day.
