Facebookavoid them. the agent accepted the competing offer and passed it to the vendor of the property we wanted to buy AFTER our offer was accepted by the vendor. While it is legal, it is unethical and other agencies dont do that. if you dont want to be in this situation , dont deal with them. it is St Albans office.
We missed out on other houses we liked because of their actions.

Thank you for your feedback we are sorry you have missed out on a property you wanted to buy. As you have mentioned all estate agents are legally bound to submit all offers received on their clients homes at any stage of the transaction. As a law abiding company we have to follow the law.
If a client chooses to accept an offer from another buyer that is their choice not the agents.
