GoogleAdam sold our house in Sutton Coldfield recently, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Reasonable fees, a tremendous work ethic and an incredibly nice person to work with. He achieved the price we wanted and sold the house within a week.

GoogleBelinda from Kings has been absolutely brilliant at managing the multiple maintenance issues we have encountered at our rental property. She replies promptly and gets the issue fixed asap with minimal stress incurred by the tenant. I cannot recommend her, or Kings Estates enough.
