GoogleMe and my partner viewed a few property’s today and we had a really pleasant experience. Ross, presented us with an information booklet and showed us round answering all the questions we had. Great sales team, always helpful and communicative kings group in Harlow Church Langley .My mortgage advisor was Stefano Lia, who was extremely professional and he done outstanding work. Awful people. New Canadians undercutting the real professionals. They have no experience they just moved here and started up a construction company with money from back home. They will give u a low price cause they don't need to pay minimum wage. They are international students acting like construction works while robbing our foodbanks and collecting government handouts. For the sake of Canada dont use these disgusting clowns. They will ruin your property.

GoogleI’ve used Kings before and they have always been professional & efficient. They are renting out my property on a fully managed service. All the staff have been excellent from the people in the office to the management team at their head office. They have systems in place to ensure paperwork is up to date, rent is paid and they have contractors to help with maintenance issues. The full package!

A terrible experience from the start. Agents have an awful attitude towards clients on either end of the sale - it's as if selling a property is an afterthought and they're not interested in efficiency. Lots of false deadlines, no information or contact to follow up. Would not waste your time with this firm, consider looking elsewhere.

Staff are so rude and unhelpful never get a call back I have been trying to get an issue sorted since November 2023 and still waiting The problem is the rented property next door to me kings are the agents yet nothing seems to get sorted I have been told a different story every time I call. Still waiting for Ella to reply to me as I sent her 2 emails - after this I would never use kings myself.

We had a really good experience with Kings Group at the Edmonton Branch. Everyone was friendly and efficient and did a lot to make a stressful situation more bearable. We were selling my elderly parents’ house to move them to more suitable accommodation, so this came with particular challenges. We dealt mainly with Olly at the Edmonton office and he was always pragmatic and helpful, as well as professional. I would definitely recommend Kings Group.

FacebookAbsolute nonchalant attitude towards landlords. They take their commission immediately at the start of a tenancy then don't care at all when rent is not paid. They can't even serve Section 21 Notice correctly on the tenant. One of the staff members even gave incorrect advice regarding landlords insurance. Nearly cost me loads of money if I had not done my own research! What's more, they had spare keys cut, charged me for them and when tenant couldn't get in King's turned up and said that the keys they had were 'faulty' and tried to get me to pay for a locksmith. Avoid at all costs.

Yep they seem devoid of basic legal knowledge - Eg . a low EPC rating means that a BTL investor cant get a mortgage on a property. The Section 21 is about to be abolished - basic knowledge in the property world, you would have thought so!
