I cannot recommend Kings Group (Church Langley) highly enough, especially Ross, who was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment he found our buyer right through to when we handed over the keys, his communication was flawless. He kept us updated at every single stage, honestly, much more than our solicitor ever did! Ross is incredibly professional, personable, and empathetic, which made a huge difference during a stressful process. To top it all off, they gave us a lovely moving-in gift box packed with goodies and money-off vouchers. Thank you, Ross and the team, for going above and beyond!

I was way for a couple of months .my…

I was way for a couple of months .my partner did the viewings.he was told to wait downstairs as is custom..we had about 5 viewings. When I came back I realised my jewellery box was gone a cartier pen and boxes of perfumes. All together about 12 k.worth. the jewellery was in my wardrobe. When my partner went up the doors were still open. I know that sometimes viewers open cupboards and wardrobes. A family of about six came around looking at everything. I can't say it was them of course .I went to kings in the high street and told someone there. I never even received a call back. Has anybody else had a similar experience?I'm not saying it was a staff member or anything BTW. But how easy is it for strangers to look around your personal space and have a perfect opportunity to take whatever they see.

Review of Kings Letting Agency Enfield Town

Review of Kings Letting Agency Enfield TownI’m giving Kings Letting Agency only 4 stars instead of 5. We rented our flat in Enfield for a number of years and found the agent able to achieve a decent rent, found traders when we needed repairs, sorted out the gas inspections and generally looked after the invoicing & documentation to an acceptable level. There are 2 things that let them down after we decided to sell the flat for reasons not associated with Kings. We had agreed a refund arrangement of the tenancy agreement set-up costs with Kings if/when the tenant moved out of the flat before the expiry of their years contract to buy their own home. We had agreed this with the tenant & Kings before the beginning of their tenancy. There was some unseemly retraction of this arrangement, when we came to sell the flat, until Kings realised that we had an e-mail from them, agreeing to this. Also, the tenants left some rubbish and we claimed the cost of a removal company to take it away. It took Kings 2 months to get our money back from TDS, despite paying for the removal ourselves and repeated requests for a payment out of the tenant’s deposit.

Outstanding work, helpful and accurate

Great sales team, always helpful and communicative kings group in Harlow Church Langley .My mortgage advisor was Stefano Lia, who was extremely professional and he done outstanding work. From the start he was accurate, quick in his answers and always there for anything. My brother ,who recently bought a house with this agency is extremely happy for choosing them to purchase a house.

Awful people zero experience

Awful people. New Canadians undercutting the real professionals. They have no experience they just moved here and started up a construction company with money from back home. They will give u a low price cause they don't need to pay minimum wage. They are international students acting like construction works while robbing our foodbanks and collecting government handouts. For the sake of Canada dont use these disgusting clowns. They will ruin your property.

Awful attitude, avoid this business!

A terrible experience from the start. Agents have an awful attitude towards clients on either end of the sale - it's as if selling a property is an afterthought and they're not interested in efficiency. Lots of false deadlines, no information or contact to follow up. Would not waste your time with this firm, consider looking elsewhere.

Good experience with Kings

We had a really good experience with Kings Group at the Edmonton Branch. Everyone was friendly and efficient and did a lot to make a stressful situation more bearable. We were selling my elderly parents’ house to move them to more suitable accommodation, so this came with particular challenges. We dealt mainly with Olly at the Edmonton office and he was always pragmatic and helpful, as well as professional. I would definitely recommend Kings Group.

Terrible

The one positive was that I got an offer at a price I was relatively happy with - but the sale never went through. This is after over half a year, just a reminder this is in London the hottest property market in Europe. Bryn blamed the client, the clients lender for not having the right mortgage even though a quick google search showed me the way forward. So should I pay to then do the work myself? Also after I explained the service was not good enough, I discovered the window left open in the flat and a serious problem with the wardrobe was never reported - I'm not sure the agents actually go in there to show the prospective buyers. Still waiting to find out what I would be paying for. Thankfully there are many estate agents in the area - way too many.

GUNS OF GLORY IS A SHAME OF GLORY

They have a game app called Guns of glory which is primarily to benefit the paying gamers only. The worst ever game app where they choke and throttle the non paying gamers who are playing it for rewards from other apps. I m playing it from Tagged and the games section is managed by fyber. This game just has really caused me so much of mental torture. The developers have restricted and limited the weak players to the kingdoms which have created just to be victims of paying gamers

I found working with Kings very slow

I found working with Kings very slow. I would regularly wait days for email responses and if I called I would always be told I'd get a call back which never came. I'd have to ring/email over 3 times each time to get contact. When I spoke to the manager about this he got quite defensive and told me they legally have over 10 days to get back to emails - what use is that?!

Kings Group cannot be trusted by…

Kings Group cannot be trusted by Landlords period!!As a landlord I had so many issues with Kings too long to write here, some were quite shocking! I wrote a lot of complaints letter to the Chairman and tried to speak with senior management without any progress whatsoever. I have let my property out myself since 10 years ago last 3 myself I had to do contract deposit everything myself, had no issues whatsoever. Money I wasted on Kings wish I never did. Had tenants in whilst with Kings with rent guarantee but never managed to get a penny back when tenant stop paying rent and rent guarantee is a scam too. Items stolen and damaged in my property Kings could not claim a penny back also when I went back I found out other items missing from check in inventory as well which was not claimed for too. They have no idea how to manage a property I could do a much better job doing it myself. I wish they listed to all my complaints for years but no effort made to improve. I guess only thing is they good at is they are cheap but I doubt others who are lot more expensive would have done a better job, looks like poor service is standard with these agencies. I would like a response from Kings to see if they changed in the last 3 years?

Had a terrible landlord and they let them get away with it and even tried to discourage us from getting our deposit back by going to the tenant deposit scheme even though the landlord was falsely claiming that we had damaged the property without proof! It seems to be all about getting you to sign the contract and getting paid. The agent nor the landlord didn't even know that what items were in the garden at the property. There seems to be quite a bit of staff turnover too so clearly it's not a good experience for employees either! If only they would vet their landlords even half as thoroughly as they do their tenants...

The worst possible agency ever

The worst possible agency ever. Whatever could be wrong was wrong. Ceiling collapsed on my child, they didn't help, say sorry anything. They wanted money for demaged property didn't get it. I was studying postgraduate, Data Analytics degree, didn't have a time to deal with this properly till later. Ceiling collapsed in the garden, the same. I have complained about electricity problem downstairs, didn't fix anything for 3 years. Luckily DPS exists, I got my money. Whoever speak with me I say: Don't do that! Love your life? Don't ruin itself with this company. I am Data Scientist and if I would deal with the data as bad as they deal with properties my business would be bankrupt within weeks.
