GUNS OF GLORY IS A SHAME OF GLORY

They have a game app called Guns of glory which is primarily to benefit the paying gamers only. The worst ever game app where they choke and throttle the non paying gamers who are playing it for rewards from other apps. I m playing it from Tagged and the games section is managed by fyber. This game just has really caused me so much of mental torture. The developers have restricted and limited the weak players to the kingdoms which have created just to be victims of paying gamers

PLEASE AVIOD!!! I REALLY WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STARS KINGS IS VERY BAD AS IN THE WORST PLACE EVER!! ALL FAMILIES AVOID ITS A TRAP THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING AND ALWAYS READY TO EVICT YOU. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS AND EXPECT RENT EVERY MONTH, THEY LEFT ME WITH NO HEATING AND GAS FOR 3 DAYS MY KIDS WAS SO COLD AND THEY NEVER APOLOGISE YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM FOR EVERYTHING, AND THEY ALSO HAVE THERE INSPECTIONS LIKE EVERY OTHER MONTH TO BE NOSEY THEY DON'T FIX EVERYTHING THATS REPORTED DOESN'T GET FIXED AND HAS TO BE CHASED 24/7 WITH NO CALL BACK. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS EMAIL TO HAVE EVIDENCE THEY WILL ALSO TRY TO STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT AND SAY DAMAGES !! THE PROPERTY WILL NEVER BE YOUR HOME. Kings Group cannot be trusted by Landlords period!!As a landlord I had so many issues with Kings too long to write here, some were quite shocking! I wrote a lot of complaints letter to the Chairman and tried to speak with senior management without any progress whatsoever. I have let my property out myself since 10 years ago last 3 myself I had to do contract deposit everything myself, had no issues whatsoever. Money I wasted on Kings wish I never did. Had tenants in whilst with Kings with rent guarantee but never managed to get a penny back when tenant stop paying rent and rent guarantee is a scam too. Items stolen and damaged in my property Kings could not claim a penny back also when I went back I found out other items missing from check in inventory as well which was not claimed for too. They have no idea how to manage a property I could do a much better job doing it myself. I wish they listed to all my complaints for years but no effort made to improve. I guess only thing is they good at is they are cheap but I doubt others who are lot more expensive would have done a better job, looks like poor service is standard with these agencies. I would like a response from Kings to see if they changed in the last 3 years?

Had a terrible landlord and they let…

Had a terrible landlord and they let them get away with it and even tried to discourage us from getting our deposit back by going to the tenant deposit scheme even though the landlord was falsely claiming that we had damaged the property without proof! It seems to be all about getting you to sign the contract and getting paid. The agent nor the landlord didn't even know that what items were in the garden at the property. There seems to be quite a bit of staff turnover too so clearly it's not a good experience for employees either! If only they would vet their landlords even half as thoroughly as they do their tenants...

The worst possible agency ever

The worst possible agency ever. Whatever could be wrong was wrong. Ceiling collapsed on my child, they didn't help, say sorry anything. They wanted money for demaged property didn't get it. I was studying postgraduate, Data Analytics degree, didn't have a time to deal with this properly till later. Ceiling collapsed in the garden, the same. I have complained about electricity problem downstairs, didn't fix anything for 3 years. Luckily DPS exists, I got my money. Whoever speak with me I say: Don't do that! Love your life? Don't ruin itself with this company. I am Data Scientist and if I would deal with the data as bad as they deal with properties my business would be bankrupt within weeks.

If you're ever in the position where your agent attempts to sell your house to an un-mortgageable buyer and no one notices until after you have exchanged contracts (on both sides of your chain), you're then involved in months worth of legal issues, King Group WILL try to charge you their commission.. Change your contract wording to state commission becomes payable upon completion, not on exchange of contracts. Even though my contract was amended to state 'no sale, no fee' they are still perusing their fee. I have now had to instruct a solicitor to try and uphold our contract. Formal complaints have been submitted, complaints will also be submitted to The Property Ombudsman and the National Association of Estate Agents.

Deposit will be ransacked

I didn't have a problem with Kings until I checked out. As usual with letting agents and landlords they just want to keep as much as your deposit as possible. Despite the flat being professionally cleaned, they wanted it cleaned again by their cleaners. Regardless of the condition you leave it, expect to get deductions.

Unethical

NO ethics at all. They will steal every penny of your deposit unless you fight for it. They don't follow the tenancy agreement themselves and would want to vacate the tenants by getting a court order from some corrupted county courts. Truly run by mafia

Kings group is the worst kind of economic crap-theft. No help at all from their socalled customerservice. And the game 'State Of Survival' is full of bugs which they never clean at all. Their socalled customer-service is just a FORPULET robot. SO: DO NOT USE MONEY ON THIS SCAM-GAME AT ALL, NEVER USE MONEY GIVING THEM TO THIEFS!!!

Do not use Kings recommended Premier Property conveyancing

While Kings did a reasonable job in finding a buyer after the first buyer dropped out, the whole process was very slow mostly I believe caused by the buyers conveyancers but it may be the conveyancers that Kings recommended we use, for which they receive an introduction fee no mention of which is made by Kings.
