Our sale was horrendously slow but Alan kept in touch, chased up the estate agent for our sale and our solicitors persistently, to ensure urgency for all involved. When he was out of office, would ensure another agent had a complete handover of our case and could be confident they would be fully appraised (which could not be said of the estate agent handling our sale).
