Hats off to the exceptional team at Haart Harlow Shawn, Cassie ,Ollie and Dan. After having an unfortunate experience with another estate agent I had to choose the best in the field and Haart it was . Very professional, always there to answer phone calls and deal with all the enquiries but most of all to provide such a customised service . Managed to sell our house in days with offers that we could choose from and guide us all the way through exchange of contracts and completion. However, special mention needs to go to the following staff members:- Cassie, Sales Executive, was very professional and business like, whilst still being very approachable. She answered all of our questions at the valuation, and was very helpful along the journey. Dan, Negotiator, worked extremely hard to find a buyer, was very supportive, and succeeded in procuring a sale, after a bumpy ride! Thank you. We wanted to thank jade-Nicole Smith and chelsie for helping with paperwork to rent the house. They were very friendly and very professional doing their job. We were looking for a house to rent with many diferent agencies online. I have recive a message saying we will contact you but they never called us back. when sending an email to haaart lettings the next day they contacted me the next day and made an appointment with chelsea to view a house and was she very kind with us greeted us with a good smile and the other person jade she was very kind and helpful when doing the paper work. they did their job very profesionally. We have just completed the sale of our house through Haart Harlow. Due to difficulties with our purchase the process took almost a year, in that time Karen supported us by liaising with the solicitors and the estate agent we were purchasing through. We felt that Karen really cared and was supportive of us as well as our buyers in the whole process. I will really miss speaking with Karen every week now it's all completed, her patience and understanding was amazing. All the staff at Haart were extremely helpful and professional at all times. If they said they would return a call it would be the same day or as soon as they could. Completely personal and friendly service which is so important when selling a property. Highly recommended

Haart have been renting our house. Never use this company. They gave the deposit back to previous tenants before inspecting the property. Lots of rubbish was left in both the garage and loft. Mo promised to remove this. He didn’t. He is the rudest, unhelpful useless person. He has no people skills at all. Honestly amazing service!! Had a difficult experience with solicitors but team at Haart (Kris, Cassie, Mukesh all of them) made it so much better.
