GoogleAfter the disappointment of losing our initial buyer, Cassie's team kept us updated weekly during a difficult time in the housing market. Fortunately, they found us another buyer over the Christmas period, and we completed on the 24th May 2023. We cannot fault one thing with the Harlow branch. They were happy to take calls, and for us to pop in in for an update at any time. When we were due to exchange contracts, it was Cassie and Kristine that went the extra mile to ensure that all the solicitors were talking to each other, when it didn't seem like it would happen.

GoogleHaving been unsuccessfully trying to view a particular property that was listed with another agency for a number of weeks, I noticed that it was listed with HAART also. Right from my very first telephone call I found Robert Hume to be very professional and very prompt in answering any questions pertaining to the property and booked a viewing that matched my availability. On the day of the viewing communication was very clear and Robert met us at the property at the agreed time, we are now contemplating putting an offer in for this property, we have been impressed every step of the way so far

I've been dealing with Kristine and Cassie, they have both been brilliant from the start, they have been reassuring every step of the way and helping me over and beyond their duties, this process has been quite stressful for me as I no longer live in the UK so not being there to oversee things can be quite unnerving but having them both at the end of an email and phone has been a god send. GoogleWe purchased our property through Haart some six months ago, and we have had masses of help especially during this past six months. Our purchase was quite problematical as our Vendor died during the sale. However all went through eventually, but not without it's problems, but Haart was there for us. GoogleKris has been absolutely fantastic all the way through the process. She was my sellers estate agent but she went over and above to help us with a tricky situation. Our move was not plain sailing but we got there eventually and I think without Kris’s help it could have taken a lot longer.

GoogleI had a really nice experience viewing a flat in Harlow with Gagan. I worked til 4:30pm in Harlow and Gagan kindly arranged a house viewing at 5:30pm for me. He remained friendly and professional throughout the viewing. Knowing that I walked a long way to the flat, he even offered me a drive to Harlow Town train station. He is a really nice guy. Liked his professionalism.

GoogleThey are the most kind hearted and friendliest estate agents I have ever worked with. They took good care of me and made all my paper work go quicker. When I got my keys they were all cheering and were happy. Working with them felt like we were “family” friends. So if there is any new homebuyers I strongly Suggest that you have a look at Haart estate agency as I was very pleased with the customer service.
