GoogleCalled this company regarding a property… the property was sold unfortunately I then asked the rude women around roughly how much the property went for so I can have a rough idea on how much these kind of properties will be and he was very rude for no reason and definetly does not know how to talk to clients
We are sorry that you felt our colleagues were rude but we can assure you that they were simply adhering to company policy of not disclosing details of transactions we have undertaken for clients to unknown third parties. Further the lady concerned, a member of our support team and not a Chartered Surveyor, understandably did not feel confident about guiding you regarding current market rents. We do try to be helpful where appropriate but occasionally we will not be able to fully answer questions that are raised by parties that are not our clients.
