Simon Beeton of DWW acted on our behalf with regard to 2 properties over the last 18 months. He recommended we sell the first one (through DWW), and we auction the second (through Acuitus), both decisions turned out to be right. The first property he sold for 14% above the asking price (much more than we had expected), and the second one went for 9.3% above the asking price (again more than we had expected). I recommend Simon Beeton (of DWW) and John Mehtab (of Acuitus) highly.

The team recently handled the sale of our warehouse units and were excellent throughout. We received great advice and James was communicative, personable and practical during the process. He worked hard for the buyer and us to get the deal to completion quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them and in particular our main contact, James.

From the very beginning, she was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire lettings process. Management company in control of one of our depots - fantastic support throughout, always on the phone if we need anything. David has been fantastic for us personally too with advice about our other units that we own. LL and Tenant understanding made a lot clearer!

Great service, professionalism and specialist knowledge in handling commercial lease renewals, dealing with the complexities of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, and negotiation strength. These can often become particularly fraught, however, in particular, the knowledge and expertise that Philip Smith has with these matters has allowed solicitors like myself to be able to conclude matters swiftly and amicably, providing landlords and tenants with a rounded service!

Called this company regarding a property… the property was sold unfortunately I then asked the rude women around roughly how much the property went for so I can have a rough idea on how much these kind of properties will be and he was very rude for no reason and definetly does not know how to talk to clients

We are sorry that you felt our colleagues were rude but we can assure you that they were simply adhering to company policy of not disclosing details of transactions we have undertaken for clients to unknown third parties. Further the lady concerned, a member of our support team and not a Chartered Surveyor, understandably did not feel confident about guiding you regarding current market rents. We do try to be helpful where appropriate but occasionally we will not be able to fully answer questions that are raised by parties that are not our clients.
