GoogleTrying to resolve the refund of my Deposit taking so far 3 weeks and still not completed after faulse promises, everytime i call in i get promised a call back which nobody ever does, and everytime i call to find out whats happening the agent is always 'busy' and will call me back. After explaining i need the deposit asap as i am relying on it to feed my family after moving to a new property seems like nobody cares, and still they delay it longer if only it was ME who owed them money im sure they won't eat or drink till they get it!
