I rented my first property through Winkworth with my partner; we have always received very prompt and professional service whenever we have needed anything seen to in our flat. The staff are friendly and the system used for reporting maintenance is quick and easy. I would recommend Winkworth, and would definitely feel happy and secure using them again in future.

GoogleI've used Winkworth, Green Lanes to let a property for around 18 months and my impression of them has been excellent. Getting things set up was very straightforward and they’ve been great to deal with ever since. Stephanie, my property manager, is very helpful and quick to respond to queries. I’ve found Winkworth to provide a very high standard of service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

After a one year tenancy we had one blind that needed replacing, of which they decided it was fair to charge £137 for a £26-£30 bedroom blind.For three lightbulbs £72. I don’t know what lightbulbs those are, but I don’t think you can pay £15 per lightbulb (3 to change in total).I am currently still waiting to receive my deposit, after 17 days.

GoogleI sold my house through Winkworth and was happy with the price achieved and reasonable fees too. The photos taken were great as was the listing. The team (Elan, Dimitri, Stephen) were all pleasant to deal with and very patient with our slightly complicated chain. I was very grateful to Stephen who took over pushing through exchange with much tact and diplomacy.

Avoid at all costs..Bad customer service.Absolutely dishonest people. Adverts getting placed on the market and in about 30 minutes they are getting let out.. Time wasters....
