I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

GoogleWe approached Mustafa at Hunters when looking to buy our first house. He was extremely friendly, open, professional and honest. We really appreciated his style. Not always the case with other estate agents. He often worked late, answering emails past 7pm. He also offered us advice even when it wasn't necessarily in his interest. Andrew in particular was really communicative and helped to move things along when there were delays along the chain. all the team were very responsive and even made helpful recommendations when it came to how to improve our flat for sale.

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. I registered to view a property as soon as it came up and they never answered. When I rang them they fobbed me off as some second class person. They did not bother taking my details for any other properties. To me they are unprofessional.
