I have been looking around for a few months for a flat and have had really good experiences with other agents, but have had an awful experience with George from the Crouch end office. He didn’t call back when he said he would and was rude when I needed him to be a negotiator on the lease. I wouldn’t use Green and Co to the point where I paid another agency admin fees when Green and Co was offering no admin fees- just so I wouldn’t need to work with George.

I've used G&Co for a number of years now, first as a Landlord in which they always found me good tenants and most recently when I decided to sell my flat. Katie and Summer at the Crouch End branch were brilliant at the top-end of the process, helping me secure a quality cash buyer in a sticky market. Cheryl then handed the sale process through some trying periods and her tenacity and professionalism throughout managed to get us through to Completion in one piece. This is a terrible estate agent to be with while renting a property. Lived in a house for three years with many problems. These problems would be ignored for weeks and months after many requests from each tenant. Our bedroom was so mouldy one year and it took six months to be sorted where I had multiple chest infections. This problem reoccurred each winter. To solve the problem a trench had been dug in the garden to stop the damp. When the builder had personal issues and could not finish the job there was no arrangement to replace him, so that trench was there for six months also. Now we have moved out we have still had three emails asking for a renewal fee after replying each time that we did not renew and have moved out. Staff are very incompetent and unhelpful and if you can avoid using them I suggest you do.

We moved in few days ago. Nice little flat, as advertised on the Greene & Co, agency site. Mr Shakir, was the agent who took care, of our moving process. We've got what he advertised, and promised about the flat. He even helped us, with moving some of our stuff all the way into the flat. which is a very rare thing, for a nowadays estate agent. We then popped into his car, and took us around Crouch End. 2 minute by car from where we live. He gave us some info details, about the local life, and all the good shops and bakeries around. We are very happy, about the flat, the area, and will recommend for sure. Great service, great experience. Very professional indeed, Way above five stars!
