GoogleThe agency really works to help you. My agent was Olivia Geisler. She was the first of all the co workers in the office who rushed towards us when we only entered the door. Offered us some drinks which is always pleasant. She has done everything for us to find a suitable flat to rent. She sent me flat's descriptions every day. She was punctual and gave us a lift in her car couple of times. The other people from the agency sent me property updates as well.

GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting George when I was considering to rent out my apartment in Crouch End. I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and deep knowledge of the market (and ability to clearly explain processes and regulations involving property rental) but also by his ability to empathise with me, understand my specific needs and requirements. Therefore I didn't feel treated just like 'any' potential customer, but within half and hour I felt like I had someone who knew me a little and understood my individual needs, someone I could really trust. This made George stand apart any other estate agents I have ever met.

GoogleMarcelle, Summer and the rest of the team at Greene and Co are friendly, approachable and professional. We feel like our concerns and worries are always listened to and helpful in finding positive solutions throughout the process of selling our flat. The initial viewings were all conducted brilliantly and they even made sure our cat was safe and indoors! Marcelle always keeps us updated during the selling process and we feel we can rely on her to respond to calls and emails straight away.

GoogleDuring the viewing stage of selling, Greene & Co. worked very well as a team. The whole office were focused on marketing our home, and this resulted in a lot of viewings and interested buyers. The marketing brochure and images they produced were great. They have a structured review/feedback system, which also worked well for providing comfort for myself and my partner. During the sale, Marcelle really helped with our sale. She managed to hold a very tricky sale together. She was more than happy to regularly talk to the solicitors, the buyer and myself, and she was always available. It was all a very professional and friendly service that was done at a very competitive fee. We are very appreciative to the help Marcelle and Green&co provided us during this sale. 5/5 - Would use again and recommend to a friend.

GoogleIn my opinion really unprofessional. Prices are always higher than elsewhere and when I let them know the front door lock needed replacing due to wear and tear, I was told "I hope you have contents insurance?" Would never ever use again. I felt they would try and charge you for everything. Large admin fee as well. Took nearly 2 months to get my deposit back. I still haven't received a breakdown of the charges. Tenancy agreement said 10 days to notify about deductions but Greene and Co did not care. Makes the Tenancy agreement worthless. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI decided to go to green & co as there was a flat they had in the window I was very interested in, the customer service was absolutely great, they called me back to set up a viewing very quickly by josh, my negotiator(who I would most definitely recommend). He was incredibly hard working and put a lot of time and effort into us Getting the property we wanted! I would recommend to anyone!

She is utterly consistent in her response to issues at the flat, quick to identify a problem, arrange an appropriate service and communicate results with me. Hamptons (Greene and Co) has also reliably found great tenants for my properties and managed their contracts in a timely way.

GoogleStopped by in person and they had us fill out two A4 sheets of information about our apartment search and said their lettings people would be in touch the day after. Been a week and they never got back to us. Waste of time - it's not like we're just walking by real estate agents in person for fun. Shame because these guys have decent reviews otherwise..

Within five days of being on the market with Greene & Co we had an offer and a few days later it was accepted. They were also extremely professional and helpful with the sales process as we had a complicated sale. Would recommend.

They found a buyer within the first week and then provided an account manager who tirelessly chased solicitors on both sides to get the sale through. If not for the hard work of Amelia in the Crouch End branch the sale would probably never have gone through, invaluable service will definitely use again.
