Mixed experience for us with our sale of a freehold house. Adam and his team were very professional at the start, promising a large open house and a full team attending and a full knowledge of buyers’ financial situation. The open house day went okay but only a third of promised viewers turned up. Only one of Adam’s team members attended, and the viewings were rushed. The buyers weren’t even shown the parking space as there was no one else to let the next viewers in. With most of the offers Adam couldn’t tell us what the financial situation was with the buyer. We discussed completing before Christmas, but it took a long time to get an acceptable offer with only 6 weeks before Christmas. We notified Adam that it is too stressful to aim to complete before Christmas, so we would prefer to delay to January, which he promised to discuss with the buyers. Apparently the buyers also wanted to complete after Christmas as they were in no rush but Adam has not communicated those wishes to either of us. We only found out by chance when they came to have another look at the property. Quite disappointed overall and found the whole experience stressful. Would not recommend.
