GoogleAs a landlord in Highgate since 2001, I can't recommend estate agents Golsdchmidt and Howland enough. I have often used their letting service over the last 15 years and found them extremely professional,courteous and helpful. On each occasion, they have managed to meet or considerably exceed rental expectations. For me, it is also important to find careful tenants I can trust with whom I can build a good working relationship, and here too Goldschmidt and Howland have come through for me. Most recently, my tenants notified me they were leaving just before Christmas, leaving me facing a void until well into January. But I need not have worried. Letting Manager Marc Brahams found me new tenants to move in the day after the current ones left, 2 days before Christmas, at an excellent rent, even better than the previous one he secured for me. Somehow it was all sorted in time. I'm not sure anyone else could have done this, and I am grateful.

Oliver Lewis from G&H looked after us right from the start and was helpful, diligent and proactive through every step of the sales process and very personable to deal with. The marketing material produced for the property was attractive and very professionally done and helped us secure a buyer within 24 hours of online advertising. G&H know and understand their local market, property value, client base and buyer interest, and I would strongly recommend their services.

GoogleWe had a high value property to sell and spoke to a small number of companies. By far the best and the one that gave us the most confidence was Goldschmidt. Nathan evaluated the property was excited by the challenge and got us an offer after 30 minutes on the first viewing - at more half a mile over guide - his stewardship and closing of the transaction was incredible. I am discussing rentals and purchase with them and they are my go to
