GoogleI went to Crouch End Office and was dealing with Mirvana. I have to say ,speaking on my own language with her was really great !!!She was super helpful and friendly. She explained to me a lot of stuff that I wasn't aware about . I highly recommend her and the office in Crouch end .Thank you !

GoogleI have experienced a very aggressive approach from the Foxtons accounts team, ignoring my emails, issuing invoices for commission which is not yet due and threatening legal action. They have also been threatening my tenant. This was a complete surprise to me given the good service at the start of the letting process.NegativeProfessionalism, Value

We have been dealing with Mirvana, super polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any kind of requests. Unfortunately we have had no luck but I highly recommend her if you choose Foxtons in Crouch End!

GoogleI would highly recommend using Foxtons when finding a new property to buy or rent. I have had such a pleasant experience liaising with Shamila and Mirvana from the Crouch End branch. They always kept us in the loop of any changes and really cared about finding us the right property for our needs. Without this constant care, we may have become disheartened with our search but they kept highly engaged and enthused throughout the process and eventually found the perfect place for us! Would look to work with Shamila and Mirvana again when searching for my next property as they were a breath of fresh air in the estate agent world!

GoogleI have been really impressed by the service that Elettra Bailey (of Foxtons Crouch End branch) has provided in helping to secure a long lease tenancy in recent months. Our budget and criteria were strict, yet Elettra has managed to show us an excellent range of properties suiting each of these criteria. The flat I now rent is in a location and of a specification above what I had thought we might secure in current market conditions, so her services are very highly recommended!

GoogleMy partner and I met with Mirvana who was very helpful, friendly and professional from the beginning of the process when emailing about properties initially and during the viewings. As we were travelling from another country, Mirvana even went the extra mile and showed us some other properties within our price range in different areas that we hadn't considered before and made us feel very welcome and understood our needs - in the end, we went with a property within walking distance to my new job and the Foxtons portal and tenancy process was straightforward and transparent.
