GoogleAbsolute scum, incompetent idiots! At the end of our tenancy tried to claim we had switched the sofa that was originally in there when we informed them that this was not the case and they bought us a new one at the start due to it being damaged we had to find relevant papers to prove this because they had lost the admin for the new sofa.
Quoted twice the wrong checkout price even when it says on there website what it should cost! incredibly incompetent idiots glad we know longer have to deal with them thieving cowboys !

I now looked at the file and the deposit return in question. I note that evidence of what items needed cleaning following your move out was provided to you in full (via email). The claim was then agreed to by yourself (the move out took place November 2018 and repayment processed. No complaint was filed/no issues raised after the deposit repayment was completed.
Kindly be advised we are always happy to assist with any issues/address any concerns and so It is a shame we are having to address this issue only now, as with the file being closed we are unable to help further.
